  • How can I delete my account?
    Before deleting your account, we invite you to contact us to discuss your experience with us. We are curious to understand why you want to leave and are ready to address any issues or concerns that may cause you to leave our community. If you wish, do not hesitate to contact us before making a final decision. To delete your Mahalo-Coach account follow the following steps: Log in to the web or mobile app Access your profile Click on “Delete my account” Confirm your decision. Note that your account will be permanently deleted after 15 days if you have not logged in again. However, if you change your mind, you can undo the deletion by logging back in before this time.
